Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years Luxury/Boutique Hotel GM experience in NYC
• Experience working with local unions
• Hotel operations and financial knowledge
• An eagerness to please all guests with high standards of service

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead hotel staff to develop an excellent culture committed to superior guest experience
• Manage all aspects of hotel operations
• Monitor hotel income and costs to achieve the best financial performance
• Develop and mentor staff, as well as build positive relationships internally and externally
