Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years Luxury/Boutique Hotel GM experience in NYC
- Experience working with local unions
- Hotel operations and financial knowledge
- An eagerness to please all guests with high standards of service
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead hotel staff to develop an excellent culture committed to superior guest experience
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations
- Monitor hotel income and costs to achieve the best financial performance
- Develop and mentor staff, as well as build positive relationships internally and externally
