Hotel General Manager

The Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites is excited to bring a General Manager on board to lead the team at our multiple award winning hotel!

Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and maximize guest satisfaction
- Supervise and train hotel staff, ensuring high-quality service standards are met
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and manage hotel inventory, including room availability and rates
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and food and beverage services
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures
- Proficiency in bilingual communication is a plus
- Ability to effectively utilize phone systems for guest services
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
