Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Help Desk Technician for our client, a fantastic nonprofit in Hagerstown, MD!
This 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity will have you working on Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues as an integral member of the team. There is also the feel-good factor of knowing that you're doing meaningful work as a part of a fantastic nonprofit!

What you will be doing:
- Serve as first point of contact for technology support issues
- Provide ongoing support for PCs, printers and scanners, network hardware, communication infra, phone systems, O365 and more
- Document problems and solutions while keeping an up-to-date FAQ knowledge-base
- Assist stores with cash register and credit card terminal hardware issues
- Keep current with tech trends and changes related to position

What you will need:
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting technology
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attendance record
