Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: Aberdeen, MD
Certifications: CompTIA Security+CE
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience performing enterprise service desk support duties in a large, complex classified/unclassified network environment demonstrating proficiency in the following areas.
Hands-on experience and training on the most recent version of Microsoft Operating System, Microsoft Office applications (Current Versions), and other common desktop applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Tumbleweed, etc.
