Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled, customer service focused, IT HelpDesk Technician with the chance to work in support of a large-scale IT project. The ideal candidate would have a people focused mentality and be excellent IT troubleshooters.

Duties:
· It is not necessary to have the Office 365 support experience as the candidate can learn it on the job. The primary duty is in support of a large scale Office 365 project.
· In addition to the 365 support, other support tasks will need to be solved.
o Handling incoming work orders, emails, and phone calls in an enterprise environment.
o Utilizing remote access, troubleshoot and install various applications.
o Windows OS troubleshooting and assistance.
o Assisting users with account setup, data backups, and general usage of desktop and laptop PC’s.
o Troubleshooting VPN and connectivity issues.
Required Skills:
· Strong overall technical troubleshooting and the ability to learn new technologies.
· Strong knowledge and troubleshooting of the following: Windows OS XP and 7, MS Office
· Excellent communication and customer service
· Ability to resolve complex technical issues for end users
Bachelor degree is a plus but not necessary.
