Form of workThe Help Desk Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and various IT-related issues. The primary objective is to ensure efficient and timely resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of user satisfaction. This is a long- term contract reporting onsite to our client in Dayton, OH.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware components
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
