HIRING FOR PART-TIME CONCIERGE

Minimum Qualifications:
 High school diploma or GED
 Minimum of 1year customer service experience
 Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and ability to learn and master other software as needed.
 Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
 Punctual and able to maintain established time frames for duties
 Able to work with minimal supervision
 Able to multi-task
 Professional appearance
 Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
 Able to perform basic mathematical operations, including percentages and fractions
 Able to deal with standardized situations with occasional variables
 Able to discern when other parties need to be involved in validating priorities

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
