This is a part-time, seasonal position.
Position Summary
The Support Desk Intern will assist the Customer Service team in delivering excellent support to our clients.
We have a strong team that works well together and collaborates to provide outstanding customer service. If you enjoy the fast paced environment of financial services and have a passion for continuous improvement and customer service, this is the place for you. Our paid Internships are 10-12 weeks in duration during the summer.
Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and administer online access to our web applications
Communicate and guide clients with an active transition project
Create reference guides for Support Desk items to be utilized internally and externally
Assist in gathering and presenting metrics

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
Good communication and writing skills
Works well in team environment and individually
Detail orientated
Experience/Other Requirements
Pursuing a four-year degree
Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
