Location: Legacy Community Health - Baytown Garth Clinic (3/18 & 4/1 Start Dates)

Outpatient Clinic: Pediatrics

Shift: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (up to 2 Sat/mo)

Job Summary

The Medical Assistant, under general supervision, performs various patient care services, include some medical procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Exam room maintenance and preparation
• Rooming patients
• Vitals and chief complaints
• Examination assistance
• Instrument preparation
• Preparation of exam rooms
• Injections

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant course completion
• 1 year Medical Assisting preferred
• Clinical Pediatric experience preferred
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
