1. 1-2 years minimum of IT Help desk or technical support experience

4. Proficient with Adobe Suite, Office 365, Windows 10

FULL DESCRIPTION:

Help Desk assistant Responsibilities:

• Answer phones while providing great customer service
• Assisting with hardware, installation, and software
• Offer troubleshoot issues and technical support
• Create Help Desk tickets and follow up with a resolution
• Manage the email requests queue's 

Help Desk Requirements:

• 1-2 years minimum of IT Help desk or technical support experience
• Knowledge of installing hardware and software
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Proficient with Adobe Suite, Office 365, Windows 10

Pay $21.00-22.00
