Boasting over a decade of expertise in Brazilian waxing, we have solidified our reputation as a premier establishment. Our finely curated retail space and three luxurious treatment rooms set the stage for our exceptional services.
As we embark on a new phase of growth, we are actively seeking an Assistant Manager who will not only be an integral part of our team but also a key holder responsible for opening and closing the salon. Your role will play a pivotal part in maintaining the smooth operations and exceptional service that The Yoni Temple is known for.
This part-time position encompasses two to four days a week—Weekends 9:45 am to 5:15 pm, and weekdays from 10:45 am to 7:15 pm, with a dedicated one-hour break. We also value your flexibility to provide support during colleagues' absence or cover additional shifts as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Answer calls and respond to messages during operational hours
- Accurately book appointments using our online platform
- Explain and showcase our products and services
- Offer recommendations tailored to individual guest preferences
- Facilitate check-ins and check-outs
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy
- Assist in inventory management and stocking
- Manage social media updates and miscellaneous administrative duties
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Assume the role of a key holder responsible for opening and closing the salon, ensuring seamless operations and security.
