Our Personal Injury law firm is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic front desk. You will be joining a top-notch law firm in South California with a friendly office environment and plenty of opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Front Desk Receptionist:

Must have office experience,

Ability to follow instructions,

Must be organized,

Motivated and able to multitask,

Answering phones, scanning, faxing, writing letters, copying, mail, and general office duties,

Good people skills,

Must have an excellent vocabulary, grammar, and writing skills,

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment,

Friendly and an overall nice person,

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
