Job Description
We are a ultra high end automobile corporate office located in Beverly Hills looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our Team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the General Manager, the role is responsible for the providing a warm and welcome reception to guests and responding to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in line with our company guidelines and standards; as well assisting with administrative tasks as necessary to ensure seamless sales operations. The candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills, have strong communication skills, be a proactive self-starter, and be able to work individually and as part of a team. The role is based in Beverly Hills, CA and is not a remote position.
Front Desk Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests and ensure the highest level of hospitality for guests and staff.
- Support in managing a client/prospect in-store community, through daily activities and specific events.
- Management and tracking of incoming call, emails and web inquiries.
- Management and tracking of outbound calls.
- Manage the logistic flow for new cars and monitor delivery date.
- Support all departments as necessary.
- Support in client complaint management and post-sales client recall activity.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception, customer lounge, and coffee area and arrange ornamentations in line with CI guidelines.
- Support Sales and Administrative departments on demand.
- Support in Customer complaints management.
- Stay current with factory web and classroom training as required.
Front Desk Representative Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in Customer service role
- Knowledge of luxury brands and service
- Polite, proactive, and self-assured attitude
- Skills in multitasking and good time-management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
