About the role
Arthur is looking for a Head of Product to drive an exciting vision across our platform, incorporating the needs of our customers and harnessing our world-class research department as we continue to deliver the first-in-class offering in model monitoring and AI production management. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of how product aligns with the needs of our users and can guide our product strategy to drive value in an emerging market.
What you'll do
- Partner with Engineering, ML Research, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success leaders to develop a product vision, strategy, and feature roadmap
- Strategize with internal teams on communication plan to ensure users understand new product features as they are deployed
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer usage across technical, operational and executive users of the monitoring platform
- Develop collected data insights to make data-informed product decisions and evaluate product success
- Build and lead a group of Product Managers who can effectively partner with internal teams and stakeholders, and be a champion for their growth in product experience and in their career development
- Strategize with internal teams on communication plan to ensure users understand new product features as they are deployed
- Help Arthur build our presence and brand at conferences, in the MLOps space, and within tech communities based on the strength of our product and product vision
What we're looking for
- Significant experience in product management - ideally with enterprise SaaS products, including development of complex workflows from conception to rollout
- Experience in / understanding of the AI and ML Ops market, with a strong desire to continuously build expertise in the space
- Passion for learning and great critical thinking skills (AI is a very new and fast-paced space, we are inventing the future!)
- Experience building and/or leading an effective Product Management team
- Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to build trust with and motivate internal stakeholders and company leaders
- An understanding of and ability to execute on product-led growth (PLG) and SaaS-first principles
- The ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to evolving requirements in a startup environment; eager to build from the ground up, with a "no task too small" mindset
You might also have (nice to have)
- Familiarity with and an understanding of AI monitoring, in abstract and in real-world use cases
- Product experience in the AI infrastructure market (or adjacent experience, such as data infrastructure)

- Our target base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, based on your experience and how your skills align with role requirements.
