Head Of Product & Analytics – Supply Chain Quality

Create, store, and analyze logistics data relating to Supply Chain Quality and implement the required database tables and SQL queries to create the business metrics used to monitor and manage logistics for the department. Design and execute on new products, optimizing existing products and fixing existing bugs. Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to partner with software developers to define solutions that meet logistics needs, developing metrics to track performance, monitoring the impact of changes over time, and refining the technical solutions as needed. Manage junior Operational resources to execute on preventing logistics and Supply Chain issues. Manage junior Product resources to develop new logistics products or experimentation. Manage the development of software and infrastructure used to improve logistics and Supply Chain Quality. Maintain and improve policies and procedures required by enhanced and growing business scale. Scale up and manage “Breakage Quality” function of 10+ resources responsible for auditing and improving the accuracy of work performed by Operational agents across the organization. Determine policies and procedures necessary to protect the brand from adverse press or legislation due to logistics and Supply Chain issues in tandem with PR and Govt Relations teams.

Analyze buyer and seller data to identify new features and bugs, as well as manage numerical analysis to identify problems in the Supply Chain, the reasons for these issues, and propose solutions. Oversee the upgrading of internal tools used by the customer support team to minimize errors by identifying issues based on usage data and productivity statistics, identify gaps in product offerings and develop proposals for new tools (including logistical and technical details). Oversee seller policies and support, including determining and implementing the set of policies and service terms applied to sellers on the platform to ensure the best possible service. Lead data analysis, coordination with other key departments including the global sales department, and manage the seller support customer service team. Define policies and rules to which sellers must adhere when selling on the platform and ensure their proper implementation. Identify and correct logistic and Supply Chain problems by analyzing and coordinating with global sales teams to identify these problems and work with customer service and technical teams to implement solutions. Oversee operations for special events by monitoring and managing the associated logistics and Supply Chain, including ensuring the website remains performant and customers can receive tickets or refunds for events which require a dedicated focus from the company. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting must report to viagogo Inc., 3 World Trade Center - 175 Greenwich Street, 59th floor, New York, NY 10007. Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or U.S. equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as Logistician, Supply Chain Analyst, Business Operations Associate, or any occupation/position/job title involving the design and implementation of Product roadmaps and Supply Chain systems.

Must also have the following special skills: 5 years of professional experience creating, storing, and analyzing data to design and implement product roadmaps (including implementing database tables and SQL queries to create business metrics) and analyzing buyer and seller data to identify new features and bugs; 5 years of professional experience designing and executing new products, optimizing existing products and fixing existing bugs; 5 years of professional experience utilizing Supply Chain systems and data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience, grow top line revenue, and decrease cost; 5 years of professional experience designing A/B tests; and 5 years of professional experience collaborating with software developers to define solutions that meet business needs, develop metrics to track performance, monitor the impact of changes over time, and refine technical solutions.
