Head Of Business Development

Overview

Mind Garden (the “Company”) is currently searching for a Head of Business Development. This individual will play a critical role in building the team, systems, and processes required to set the company up for success as it moves through a period of growth. The Head of Business Development is a highly visible leader who will provide critical operational growth for the business and drive marketing efforts for the Company. The successful candidate will be an experienced and energetic professional with a background in psychology and experience in marketing. The Head of Business Development will work closely with a small team of experienced individuals passionate about psychology and the business of helping people.

Our Company engages in the development and distribution of psychological assessments. We provide valuable tools to facilitate positive personal and organizational transformation. The assessments are utilized by employers to identify psychological trends and to improve the quality of life for employees and colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Psychology or MBA highly preferred;
• Experience in Marketing and Business / Product Development highly preferred;
• Interest in psychology and speaking with psychological researchers, counselors and HR related professionals;
• Proven success in product development and growth;
• Strong ability to work independently and under direction in an entrepreneurial environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Solutions-oriented with ability to bring and implement actionable, practical solutions;
• Well organized and strong attention to detail;
• Knowledge and interest in relevant developments in the Internet.
