Salary```Duties``` - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for children in the preschool program - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities and play - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and positive behavior - Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment - Assess and monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities, events, and parent communication - Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones ```Requirements``` - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong understanding of toddler care, including potty training, feeding, and naptime routines - Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured yet nurturing learning environment - Ability to effectively communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and development - Proficiency in math concepts suitable for preschool-aged children - Experience or knowledge in physical education activities for young children is a plus - CPR and First Aid certification preferred Note: This is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements. The Lead Teacher may be required to perform additional tasks as needed to support the overall success of the program.
