Graphic Designer/Mulitmedia

Nature's Sunshine's Creative team seeks a talented and passionate graphic designer and multi-media specialist to conceptualize and design digital, video, and social experiences to assist in our ever-growing brands worldwide. The ideal candidate will create innovative, visually stunning, and effective advertising, campaigns, and videos, combining creative inspiration with creative leadership to raise the Nature's Sunshine brand and its products and programs to the next level. You will work closely with the Creative team to develop and deliver world-class brand experiences. We are looking for you if you are passionate about creative innovation, customer-focused media experiences, and collaborating with a team of talented designers, marketing, product, and brand managers.

Responsibilities

• Design breakthrough web/video, social, advertising, and brand experiences.
• Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for brand experiences.
• Understand the narrative and objectives of the video content and develop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques.
• Create high-quality work that inspires other designers.
• Assist in directing and approving department work.
• Create motion, animation and video content.
• Support internal teams by bringing big ideas to life through creativity and the creation of high-fidelity executions.
• Support internal teams with the design and execution of product and brand advertising campaigns.
• Able to present creative work to marketing, brand managers, and senior management for review and approval.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for motion graphics.
• Able to understand, help develop and follow style and brand guides.

Basic Qualification

• BA/BFA in graphic design/digital media or other related education is required.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Previous agency experience a plus.
• An online portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills and experience creating visually compelling media. When applying, please add your online portfolio link at the top of your resume.
• Able to develop compelling creative concepts based on strategic marketing input and present ideas to senior management.
• Able to direct and assist with photo and video shoots, and video editing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert-level experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
• Experience or understanding of photography and videography.
• Experience or understanding of HTML/CSS/UX/UI design, a plus.
