Who We Are:

Signals is a Signal Marketing Platform and Consulting Solutions provider. We specialize in using an AI signal marketing tool, combined with chatbots for B2B (Business to Business) sales, marketing & customer support. We help businesses to generate a sales pipeline by identifying, segmenting, engaging, and converting website visitors through our tools which also include chatbots and live chat. It’s an easy-to-use software that includes a drag-and-drop bot builder, audience-specific targeting, an intelligent FAQ bot, customized reporting, and a sales-focused live chat system.

The Job 

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can support the marketing team in their promotional and branding efforts. This includes the creation and editing of promotional quotes/images, podcast recasts, website icons/designs, and event materials.  

Responsibilities 

• Create ad-hoc promotional material (video clips, images, banners) for social media outreach
• Aid the content team in designing/executing website rebranding
• Provide value to podcast guests and event speakers with shareable marketing assets
• Prepare weekly podcast material (images, recasts, etc.)
• Coordinate sharing/promotion strategy with the content team

Preferred Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree (Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field)
• Ability to pay attention to details and stay on-task to meet deadlines 
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Familiarity with Canva and Figma
• Good writing and proofreading skills

This position will be located indoors and in an office setting

Monday – Friday (8 am – 5:00pm)
