General Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of food production, including all DQ products we sell.
- Manage and coordinate staff, ensuring efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborate with owners to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and ecosure inspections
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
-Product orders and employee schedules
-Inventory
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fast food industry
- Strong knowledge of food production, and food safety
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a diverse team and achieve results
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of HR rules/laws/handling of employee files and situations
-ability to: lift 50 pounds/stand on feet for long periods of time/go in and out of coolers and freezers/physically handle high volume sales activity on a daily basis
