Position Title: Global Clients Americas (GCA), Finance and Reporting Coordinator
Location: Remote in the United States (U.S.)
Compensation Includes:

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Position Qualifications:

• Manages invoicing for a national account, including reviewing invoices for accuracy, reconciles discrepancies with account management, and enters invoices into a third-party system
• Administers recurring and ad hoc reporting, including coordinating data collection and team engagements
• Communicates discoveries requiring attention
• Performs other administrative functions, as needed
• Ability to work remotely most of the time in this position, as well as participate in light travel

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.; higher educational studies preferred
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel, Business Analytics, and Smartsheet
• Generally, computer savvy with an ability to suggest and implement electronic solutions to improve and streamline processes
• Is motivated, positive, organized, self-disciplined, communicates and collaborates effectively with a diverse population of associates and stakeholders, and has dependable time management skills
