Reporting directly to the SVP, Finance and Controller, the Director, Supply Chain Financial Reporting and Accounting Operations plays a key role in the leadership of the VS&Co Financial Reporting and Accounting Operations team. The Director will lead three teams (fifteen professionals located in US and India). The three teams supply the global VS&Co Supply Chain operations – Financial Reporting, Production Inventory Control and Commercial Invoice & Accounts Receivable.
This is a key leadership role in support of the VS&Co Controller, the Production & Sourcing team and the Logistics team. This role is responsible for all aspects of financial governance within the Supply Chain operations including Financial Reporting, Financial Controls and Accounting Operations.
In addition, this role works closely with senior leaders in the Supply Chain team to manage the financial relationships with external vendors and franchise partners, drive operational efficiencies within the Supply Chain operations and ensure compliance with duty regulations.
This role interacts significantly on financial matters with the VS Hong Kong and Bangalore offices.

Your Impact
- Responsible for all aspects of financial governance within the Supply Chain operations including Financial Reporting, Financial Controls and Accounting Operations
- Ensures a strong control environment by creating and implementing accounting policies, leading the execution of SOX and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) controls and working closely with internal and external auditors on the annual audit and quarterly reviews
- Drives innovation and efficiency in financial processes with the aim of achieving flawless control execution, safeguarding the company’s assets and delivering financial savings for the company
- Provides thought leadership, process management, business insights and business case development for key strategic initiatives
- Partners closely with Treasury and Tax teams to develop and execute global transfer pricing strategies, implement cash management policies and ensure tax compliance for legal entities operating in various jurisdictions around the world
- Works with Global Trade Customs teams to manage the financial processes supporting duty payments and duty drawback program
- Provides thought leadership, process management, business insights and business case development for key strategic initiatives
- Oversees physical inventory count policies and execution for 25+ locations producing inventory for VS Beauty business
- Responsible for preparation and submission of all customs documentation necessary to export merchandise from US and import for sale into other countries
- Use project management skills to deliver results across multiple workstreams simultaneously

Maximum Salary: $195,825.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA preferred
- 10+ years Financial Reporting, Accounting Operations or other relevant Accounting / Audit / Finance experience. Inventory Control experience and experience on a global basis preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to add value to an organization. A strong results-based orientation; proven project management skills and the ability to deliver results on time.
- Excellent leadership and communication capability, executive presence and proven ability to lead a team through change.
- Flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity; this individual will bring business maturity to situations.
- Personal initiative: this person will be energetic, a “self-starter” and proactive in terms of recommending ideas and courses of action.
