Will be responsible for creating and distributing reports for all departments within Hill and Smith, Inc. Will assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual activities. Ensures all data is accurately and correctly recorded and presented. Will report to the Senior FP&A Manager.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for taking all data from different fields and creating easily reviewable reports.
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects
- Responsible for timely month-end financial submissions and ad hoc reporting
- Will track financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Report out on department and product line budget performance
- Cooperates with other departments in preparation of analyses.
- Using relational databases and other reporting tools, compiles data pertaining to Hill and Smith, Inc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
- 2 years experience, preferred but not required
- Computer skills and proficiency
- preferred with JD Edwards, DAS ReportsNow, and Microsoft Power BI - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong systems retrieval and data interpretation skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
