Your Impact
- Ensure compliance with increasing global regulation improving data collection, analysis and reporting processes.
- Partner with internal technology teams and subject matter experts to improve data systems and connectivity between the many data solutions across the enterprise (e.g. Centric, Transportation Management Systems, Ariba, Concur, Microstrategy, SAP, etc.)
- Support the implementation of the SAP Responsible Product Design module and utilize the tool to create accurate, auditable reports.
- Partner with the internal audit and financial reporting teams to continually improve internal data controls and processes to support regulatory and voluntary disclosures – specifically relating to climate, waste, water and packaging data. Leverage quality data to support internal partners with reliable data points to allow accurate project costing and quantify the environmental benefits of projects and programs.
- Support VS&Co’s decarbonization journey by partnering with the tax and finance team to leverage tax and cost savings opportunities presented by the Federal Inflation Reduction Act.
- Researching burgeoning regulations and issue-spotting application of the new regulations as they apply to our business models.
- Support VS&Co’s ongoing ESG efforts by working collaboratively across the enterprise to collect, manage and report out on key performance indicators relevant to corporate sustainability targets. Perform data analysis and benchmarking to ensure that the environmental information VS&Co is collecting is both meaningful and relevant to our various stakeholders and supports the priority issues identified during the materiality assessment process.
Minimum Salary : $81,000.00
Maximum Salary : $110,250.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
QualificationsYour Impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple business functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: ability to consolidate tabs from different spreadsheets, use existing formulas and functionality, and manipulating large data sets required.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP (or similar software programs) preferred.
- Familiarity and understanding of greenhouse gas emission accounting standards and guidelines (e.g., GHG Protocol) preferred.
- Knowledge of consumer products goods and/or apparel manufacturing operations and supply chains and experience in managing and reporting on energy, greenhouse gas (GHG), emissions, and renewable energy.
- Working independently within reporting requirements and timelines, but maintaining strong collaborative skills to work with multiple business partners across the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently, and helping prioritize goals and requirements.
- Analyzing financial impacts of ESG related matters on business structure is preferred.
- Awareness of domestic and international regulatory landscapes in the environmental space, or interest in those areas, required.
