Hiring Now! Human Resources Assistant & Financial Advisory Coordinator
We are looking for an individual who possesses a high level of professionalism, friendliness, reliability, and integrity to coordinate, support, and assist in our credit union's Human Resources department and Financial Advisory program. The position is split between two departments in our organization and has similar responsibilities in administrative duties and services.
In the HR Assistant & Financial Advisory Coordinator role, you will assist our employees and members of the credit union by using your effective organizational skills for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, routine record keeping, timely reporting, and other projects. Full-Time HR Assistant & Financial Advisory Coordinator Position Classification and Scheduled Hours
Non-Exempt hourly pay; Full-time 40 hours weekly; available Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM; occasional Saturdays depending on business needs.
Full-Time HR Assistant & Financial Advisory Coordinator Compensation
Pay: Starting pay $17.00/hr DOE; Paid Bi-weekly
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Voluntary Life, Voluntary Life, Short and Long Term Disability, after 30 days as a payroll employee; 401K after 90-days as a payroll employee
Paid Time off: Paid Federal Holidays, Vacation, Sick, Bereavement, Jury Duty, and Volunteer
Summary of Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, some college preferred
Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience. Previous administrative assistant experience is preferred.
Other qualifications:
- Proficient and persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; fluent Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
- Prompt response, take action, task and solutions-oriented,
- Use positive conflict management resolutions,
- Effective time management practices,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Windows Operating System,
- Advanced organization skills,
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail,
- Use critical listening, able to negotiate and persuade, and demonstrate empathy,
- Proficient with general clerical and office equipment
