Full Time Administrative Assistant
Salary-Negotiable upon interview.
Seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant fora lower Westchester based construction company.
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the in-house Construction mangers/Estimators, Suppliers, and General Contractors to ensure the construction schedule is followed from start to finish. They will assist in requesting samples, sending out samples, ensure purchase orders are sent out promptly, amongst various other day to day tasks.
Administrative AssistantFunctions
- Assisting the Project Manger’s/Estimators with every aspect of their project. (Pre-Contract and Post Contract)
- Submittal packages-Project material samples and shop drawings.
- Follow-up with suppliers regarding ETAs on requested samples.
- Uploading Architectural drawings, shop drawings, material scope sheets, and Change Order logs to PlanGrid.
- Maintain required project information.
- Serve as a liaison between office and General contractors.
- Provide full Administrative Assistant to the entire office.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Larchmont, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
