Full Charge Bookkeeper

Small Construction Co Currently seeking full or part-time experienced Bookkeeper with use of Quick Books Intuit. Enter accounts receivable and payable, prepare customer statement. Invoice Customers. Scan and load documents. Manage email. Work with team member on weekly payroll and monthly check reconciliation. Record and Maintain business financial transactions. Work in Microsoft Office with Excel and Word documents. Prepare Monthly and quarterly reports. Prepare books for CPA. Requirements: Highly proficient in use of Quick Books desk top Proficient in Microsoft Office of Word and Excel. Responsible , attentive to detail, able to work independently, able to adjust to changes in daily work, excellant attendence record. Must have anAssociate degree in Accounting or higher ! Benefits: 32 to 40 hours per week dependent on part or full time Every weekend off, all holidays off, vacation available for part or full time Option to have FRIDAYS OFF if 32 hours per week Insurance Benefits available if 32 hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
