Lakeside Painting is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Receptionist skills and qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/ 365, Smartsheets, Pipeline, Tsheets Time Tracker, and Quickbooks
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active listener
- Self-motivating
- Works well in team environment
Duties would include but not limited too;
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Schedule & manage customer appointments
- Data entry
- Office support
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
The position is part-time, 25hours per week, with the potential to move to full-time of 40 hours per week. Ideal working hours would be 9:00am - 2:00pm, but hours are flexible.
