Job Description:
Dynamic Tool Corporation is looking to fill the position of Bookkeeper. This position is responsible for basic financial and accounting functions within the Accounting Department. Candidates must have experience working with confidential information, have strong organizational and problem solving skills, and be detail-oriented. Job Responsibilities:
· Reporting and data analysis
o Offer assistance to Accountant and other financial professionals by creating and maintaining financial spreadsheets and reports
o Prepare monthly recap reports
o Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness
· Select monthly account reconciliations as requested by Controller
· Payroll support
o Assist with payroll and subsequent payroll reporting
· Offer A/R & A/P support
o Enter invoices into ERP system
o Provide support, as needed, in all A/P & A/R functions
· Assist with HR-Related Tasks as needed
· Data entry
o Utilize Microsoft suite, and the company ERP system to enter data accurately
· File maintenance
o Maintain historical records of pertinent documents by using proper file maintenance on company network
· Provide additional clerical support, including but not limited to answering phones, filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
· Cross train in other office functions or processes as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred
· 3-5 years of administrative office and bookkeeping experience preferred
