Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
Company is seeking full-time office person for a 1st shift position. Must have manufacturing or construction experience.
Manufacturing /Construction facility in Marathon County, WI area is in need of a long term bookkeeper or controller.
Bookkeeper is responsible for budgets, reconciliation, maintenance, invoices, commission reports, cash flow and general ledger maintenance.
Accounting in manufacturing, finance, accounts payable, receivable, monthly and yearly closings .
Utilize Foundations software to maintain and control finances. Load payrolls, bookkeeping knowledge etc.
- Responsible for management of information systems and reports. Manage human resources including directing, coordinating, orientation, performance evaluations, timely feedback, coaching, open communication, team building and succession planning.
- Analyze financial reports, prepare/review and recommend budget changes for maximize fiscal productivity.
- Manage the business cycle including forecasting company business activity, business planning, strategic planning and maximizing revenue.
• Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
