Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for our multi-unit coffee company using QuickBooks software.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections across multiple locations.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to support financial decision-making for each business unit.
- Generate insightful financial reports to inform management about business performance at both individual locations and on a company-wide level.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation to ensure compliance across all units.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong bookkeeping skills are a must.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry and managing multiple locations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team spread across different sites.
