Part-time Bookkeeper / Office Assistant
We are looking for a Part-time Bookkeeper / Office Assistant to provide support in a detail-oriented and timely manner.
Duties: Perform tasks related to facilitating service of process including but not limited to: data entry, answer/make calls from/to clients, locate individuals/businesses and addresses, respond to e-mails, mailing, filing, copying, basic accounting and closing out and invoicing jobs in our system, and above all provide excellent customer service.
Qualified candidates will have exceptional time management, organizational, MS Office, and communication skills. Duties include: data entry, filing, phone coverage, as well as accounting tasks such as general ledger, A/R and A/P management, knowledge of Quick Books.
The bookkeeper's typical activities are as followed:
Monthly/Weekly Bank reconciliations
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Generating and recording general journal entries
Candidates must:
Have Quick Books knowledge.
Be reliable, well organized and detail-oriented.
Be accurate at data entry.
Have excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Have strong computer skills - specifically Excel.
Have the ability to prioritize and complete task within established time schedules.

Job Type: Part-time, 20+ hours per week - Flexible schedule
Salary $16 - $19/hr. based on experience
