Bookkeeper Part Time

We are currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper Part Time flexible schedule. We are a small company in our first year of operation seeking a qualified person to set up financial operations and maintain ongoing records.  

Responsibilities:

• Establish and organize financial records
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Maintain ongoing financial records
• Paychex payroll
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Possible added hours as receptionist, if desired

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Previous exposure to veterinary business would be helpful but not necessary 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Calm, professional demeanor
