Job Description
We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper Part Time flexible schedule. We are a small company in our first year of operation seeking a qualified person to set up financial operations and maintain ongoing records.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and organize financial records
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Maintain ongoing financial records
- Paychex payroll
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Possible added hours as receptionist, if desired
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Previous exposure to veterinary business would be helpful but not necessary
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Calm, professional demeanor
