```Overview``` We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records, including double entry bookkeeping, governmental accounting, budgeting, account reconciliation, financial report writing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, technical accounting, and tax. This is a crucial role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. ```Responsibilities``` - Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies - Prepare and analyze financial reports on a regular basis - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and regulations - Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes - Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting principles and regulations - Assist with tax preparation and filing processes ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles - Proficiency in governmental accounting practices and regulations - Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting - Excellent account reconciliation skills - Ability to prepare accurate and insightful financial reports - Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Technical accounting expertise to handle complex transactions - Knowledge of tax laws and regulations - Strong attention to detail and accuracy If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for numbers and finance, we would love to hear from you.
