Full Charge Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

• Manage the bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Account reconciliations
• Process weekly and biweekly payroll
• Prepare payroll taxes
• Prepare financial statements
• Assist with various tasks and projects
• Prepare financial statements
• Communicate with multiple clients on a regular basis
• Assist with Tax Season

Must be very familiar with:

• QuickBooks Enterprise (Desktop)
• MS Office
• EFTPS
• Auditing Journal Entries
• Finding & Fixing Errors on P&L’s and Balance Sheets
• Analyze Financial Statements and Reports
• Sales Tax Reports /Franchise Tax Reports with Comptroller
• TWC Reports
• Quarterly and Year End 941, 944, 940 Reports

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
• Excellent Customer Service
• Must be fluent in English & Spanish
• Multiple years of experience with QuickBooks
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
