Bookkeeper

```Job Overview:``` We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing data entry, and assisting with various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of debits and credits, possess excellent attention to detail, and be proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks. ```Duties:``` - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Prepare and process journal entries - Reconcile bank statements and perform account reconciliations - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Generate financial reports as needed - Assist with payroll processing - Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy - Maintain confidentiality of financial information ```Skills:``` - Strong knowledge of debits and credits - Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Familiarity with general ledger accounting principles - Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry - Ability to perform bank reconciliations - Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
