Modify existing databases and develop new database management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. Review data on customer demographics, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Manage and coordinate changes to market databases, including service inquiries, demographic information and status changes. 3 years of experience are required.
Responsibilities :
Ensure that campaigns and associated deliverables are executed on-time and within the scope of the campaign requirements
Assist in the definition of campaign requirements and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Troubleshoot campaign discrepancies and/or steps that may have technical errors related to various integrations.
Communicate to stakeholders and regarding campaign build statuses.
Ensure that Q/A Testing is thorough and complete before activating campaigns.
Understand the lead generation flow and the full-cycle processing of leads, from capture to lead assignment and conversion in Duo Salesforce - in order to be able to guide campaign strategy related to lead goals.
Education, Skills & Experience
Proficient skills working with Oracle Eloqua – 1-3 years
Experience using Salesforce CRM – 1-3 years
WordPress or basic web and content management understanding – 1-3 years
Fundamental understanding of UTM parameters and attribution concepts
Highly analytical and detail oriented
Excellent time management/organizational skills
Ability to understand complex business processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and/or Smartsheets Desirable, not required
Experience working within Wrike or other similar project management tools
