Position Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
- Prepare and process all annual, monthly and quarterly reports
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct account analysis and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Utilize accounting software to record transactions and generate reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- A minimum of 3 years’ current experience as a full-Charge Bookkeeper
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles
- Data Entry minimum of 60wpm required;
- Associates Degree in Accounting preferred;
- Proficient in QuickBooks and QuickBooks on-line- Certification a plus;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Certification a plus;
