Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.

- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on late payments.
- Record financial transactions and handle bookkeeping queries.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecast reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors and accountants during audits.
- Provide administrative support to the management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
