Full Charge Bookkeeper

```Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. This is a key role that requires strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of corporate accounting functions, including general ledger accounting, account analysis, and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure accurate financial planning
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other compliance requirements
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Utilize QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting software to perform daily tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Solid understanding of general ledger reconciliation and account analysis
- Ability to perform 10-key typing with speed and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
