Job Description

Local Company is looking for a full-time bookkeeper able to work with multiple entities providing bookkeeping services in a fast- paced environment.

A strong candidate would have experience in the following.

• Billing/Invoicing
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Chart of Accounts
• Entering deposits and writing checks
• Active Listening
• Oral Communication

Key Skills:

• QuickBooks Desktop
• Microsoft Office programs
• Multi task
• Organized
• Detail Oriented

Shift/Schedule: 1st shift

Work from Home: No

Salary: $20 - $22 an hour

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:
