Bookkeeper
Position Title: Bookkeeper
Reports to: Director, Resource Manager
Department: Finance
Qualification Requirements:
Working Hours: 5-10 hours/week
Special Requirements: Must know QuickBooks. Must have experience using Microsoft systems. Must be able to sign and live by the statement of faith.

· Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to organize and prioritize work.
· Be self-motivated, and work independently.
· Able to learn new computer programs.
· Good administrative and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Ø Handles accounts payable and accounts receivable with QuickBooks.
Ø Provides financial reports to the director, Board, and accountant.
Ø Produce financial reports for monthly Board meetings.
Ø Works with the Director and other managers to build yearly budget.
Ø Attend staff meetings and or trainings.
Ø Work with the Director on special fundraising projects.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
