Job Description
For over 20 years, we have provided bookkeeping services to small and medium-sized businesses. During COVID, we went fully remote. We currently have 12 people on our team, 9 of whom are bookkeepers.
We seek a Client Services Coordinator to support our team members and clients.
The position is fully remote. We prefer it if you live in any of these states—Hawaii, Kansas, Illinois, North Carolina, New York, Texas, or Florida—because we have state tax IDs for them already.
Hours:
Part-time, 10 to 15 hours a week. The schedule must include availability to work during business hours and attend a daily meeting at 10:00 AM Pacific time.
Responsibilities
As the Client Services Coordinator, you will interface with our clients, prospective clients, and bookkeeping team in the following capacities.
- Client support(45% of the time). Process bills through bill.com and sync with QuickBooks. Back up the receptionist.
- Bookkeeper support(34% of the time). Resolve access issues with QuickBooks. Back up the receptionist.
- Sales support(17% of the time). Follow up on pending sales to get bookkeeping agreements and retainers from companies that want to use our services.
- Accounting support(5% of the time). Prepare invoices and import them into QuickBooks. Reconcile credit card sales with merchant service and QuickBooks.
Desired Prior Experience:
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, sales support, customer service, administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Experience with Bill.com, QuickBooks, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Outlook. Internet-savvy and can easily navigate various websites to find the requested information.
- Prior work that demonstrates your ability to be resourceful, problem solver, able to multi-task, accurate, take pride in doing a job right, and friendly.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
