Bay Supply & Marketing is a Northern Michigan Company that is a multifaceted custom marketing company specializing in Promotional Marketing, Apparel Decoration, Large Format Printing, and Custom Flag/Banner Manufacturing. We're looking for a positive, talented, responsible, organized Front Office Customer Service Rep to join our team. This role is created to maintain an organized and healthy work environment that ensures that jobs and projects are completed on time. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general clerical duties, greeting customers, answering phone /email, customer order review and entry, and providing administrative support to management or other employees. Previous experience in an office is an advantage. We are looking to hire the right person to ensure a pleasant office environment to continue company growth.
Responsibilities:
- General support to customers – Answering phone calls, responding to emails, etc.
- Customer Order Entry
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Ordering customer items from vendors
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Review customer orders and artwork
- Handle complaints and specific customer requests
- Troubleshoot emergencies
- Perform basic office-related duties
Skills:
- Excellent time-management skills and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Thorough knowledge of customer service & office management
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping & Quickbooks software is a bonus
- Software knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, and/or Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) is a bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
