We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist/scheduler to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service, and scheduling/calling assistants. Antone Internal Medicine & Associates is an outpatient private clinic serving the local community with a variety of medical needs, including general checkups and physical exams, chronic illnesses (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, hyperlipidemia, etc.), sports physicals, injuries, women's health issues, immigration physicals, and other health services.
Duties include: making phone calls to remind patients of their appointments and the need for the visit, answering calls, check insurance eligibility, check patients in/out, prior authorizations, record release, greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, collect patients co-pay, ensure accuracy of information, and other similar tasks.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
