SalaryProvide excellent customer service to clients when booking, checking-in, and checking-out. Mange front desk, cash register, and answer calls for scheduling or inquiries. Maintain a clean environment through spa and assist with laundry, cleaning service rooms, and general upkeep. Demonstrate, promote, and sell spa retail products. Answer questions about general property information and amenities. Check with customer to ensure continued comfort throughout services. Schedule upcoming groups and packages to suit the needs of the spa and clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Able to maintain positive client relations, experience in customer service, retail, and/or spa industry
- Basic computer skills and English language comprehension
- Friendly and flexible with good verbal communication skills
- Ability to function as part of a team
- Maintain current license and insurance
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with Vagaro Pro preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
