Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our MedSpa.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth

- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage appointment calendar

- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and products

- Process payments and handle billing inquiries

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred, bonus if in medical office

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using computer systems and software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and products is a plus

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
