Front Desk Receptionist

Grisel Mac Williams M.D, P.A. is a full-service, privately held company that specializes in the provision of quality health care services to patients of all ages. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for our Hialeah, FL location as well as our satellite location in Pembroke Pines, FL. Three days of the week we work from the Hialeah office, the other two are spent within the Pembroke Pines office.

The primary purpose of this position is to greet and welcome visitors to the facility, answer incoming phone calls, and assist with daily administrative tasks. In addition, the position will provide support to the day-to-day operations as needed. The ideal candidate has a friendly personality, professional appearance, and is able to perform a variety of administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Essential Functions:

• Greet visitors and visitors who are not already registered, by providing a friendly greeting upon arrival.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner; route calls to appropriate staff members appropriately.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc., as assigned.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain office equipment in an orderly manner; maintain office supply inventory as assigned.
• Provide general information about the facility; maintain office calendar and schedules as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor; assist in other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience in related field.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
