Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office and possess strong clerical and administrative skills.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Skills:
- Previous experience working in an office is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for scheduling, billing, and record keeping
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
