Front Desk/ Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental setting and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Utilize electronic dental record systems such Suzy Systems
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
